Courses are negotiated and planned individually in consultation with the client. | |

Interactive methodologies which involve participants in activities, observation and reflection, individual, pair or small group work and plenary discussion. | |

Resources and experience within the group are used to encourage and empower participants. Training aims to challenge prejudice and discrimination. | |

Courses lasting one day or more are evaluated for the client. Follow-up evaluation is available. | |
