Our Approach to Training


  Our approach to training is based on our values, and focuses on five key principles:
     active listening
respect
clear thinking
acknowledgement of feelings
willingness to change
  We work with individuals and groups developing knowledge, awareness and skills, and monitoring progress over time.
  Courses are negotiated and planned individually in consultation with the client.
  Interactive methodologies which involve participants in activities, observation and reflection, individual, pair or small group work and plenary discussion.
  Resources and experience within the group are used to encourage and empower participants. Training aims to challenge prejudice and discrimination.
  Courses lasting one day or more are evaluated for the client. Follow-up evaluation is available.
