We aim to despatch goods within five working days of receipt of order. We can normally send out goods sooner than the five-day target; if your order is urgent please let us know and we shall do our best to despatch within one day. If we are unable to meet the despatch target for any reason we shall inform you within the five working days. We send packages either via Royal Mail first class signed for or by DHL. If for any reason we find it necessary to use a different courier we shall inform you. Packages sent by first class post or DHL usually arrive at their destination 1–2 working days from the day of shipment. Please note that someone will have to sign for packages on delivery.

If you find that goods are damaged or faulty upon receipt please let us know within 28 days of the item being delivered and signed for and we shall replace the damaged or faulty items at no cost to you.

If for any other reason you are unhappy with your purchase you can return it to us in its original condition within 28 days of the date the item was delivered and signed for and we will issue a full refund for the price invoiced, either by means of a credit note if the item has not yet been paid for or by or returned payment if it has, the costs of returning the item to us to be borne by you.

Items that are returned to us in a used condition or after 28 days will not be refunded.
